Special Announcement: Two New Members Join Enza Financial
We at Enza Financial are excited to introduce the newest members of our team, Mike Rinaldi and Dylan McKeon! Mike, a former Retirement Plan Advisor at Planned Financial Services, joined the Enza team in January as an Enza Retirement Plan Consultant. He has over 25 years of experience working in the retirement and financial services industry, and is now eager to spearhead Enza’s client communications in this new role. Dylan, a former Investment Analyst at the Townsend Group, joined the Enza team in January as an Operations Specialist working primarily in the Wealth Management department. Dylan’s strengths lie primarily within the Wealth Management and Financial Planning division.
Mike is a man of tradition and order, following through on his commitments and takes pride in the trust that he earns from his clients. He began his career in sales at 22 years old, and has worked for several Fortune 500 companies in the area. He has always had a penchant for sales, but his desire to form strong relationships with his clients shifted his focus towards helping people get the most out of their retirements. In this role he’s most looking forward to building new relationships through client communications, helping clients accomplish their financial goals, and contributing to the overall growth of Enza Financial.
A true family man, Mike loves to spend time with his wife and kids. As far as hobbies, Mike loves to play golf and take in as many Browns and Cavaliers games as he can! He is also a science fiction fan – his favorite TV series being Game of Thrones. Three words his family and friends would use to describe him as are honest, loyal, and fun.
Dylan is intellectually curious with a deep-seated thirst for knowledge. He is driven by an intense desire to master any topic that piques his interest. Continuing to work hard and expand his knowledge, Dylan received a Master of Science in Sports Business and Management at the University of Liverpool in Liverpool, England. Dylan strives to do everything he can to help his clients reach their ultimate financial potential with individualized financial plans and wealth management offerings. He loves helping other people achieve their goals, and truly enjoys both the client interaction and operation sides of the business.
Dylan has grown up in the Cleveland area since the age of three. His favorite subject growing up was always math, which he knew would lead to a job that specialized in analytics. With a love for many sports, you can often find Dylan playing ice hockey, golfing, or hiking. When he’s not actively participating, Dylan also enjoys watching football, soccer, and formula one racing. His closest friends and family would describe him as funny, loyal, and competitive.
Both Mike and Dylan are passionate about client service and will be valuable and integral assets at Enza. The future is certainly bright for both individuals. We could not be more thrilled for them to join our team!
