Personally Identifiable Information.

Enza does not collect any personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) from you unless you voluntarily choose to disclose such information while taking advantage of some of the services on the Site. Personal Information may include your name, email address, street address, phone number, credit card number, date of birth and any other information that can be used to personally identify you.  Enza does not sell any Personal Information and does not share it with third parties except as specified in Section 8 below. 

Aggregate Data.
Enza collects non-personally identifiable information (“Aggregate Data”) in connection with your activity on the Site such as what pages you frequently review and what pages are the most popular.  Enza uses Aggregate Data to improve the Site. We may provide Aggregate Data about the use of the Site with our business partners. 


Google Analytics

This Site uses Google Analytics, a third party web measurement and customization technology to collect non-personally identifiable information such as demographic, age, gender, income level data that cannot be linked to an individual. Google cannot identify individual end users and identifies each end user numerically (e.g. User 1, User 2, User 3, for example). Google provides this information to Enza who may use it to improve the Site.

Web Beacons.

IP Addresses

We collect and analyze traffic on our Site by keeping track of the IP addresses of our visitors. IP addresses are unique numeric identifiers that are assigned to each computer browser accessing the Internet. IP addresses are logged in the server log for abuse and diagnostic purposes. An IP address, by itself, cannot identify you personally. However, when combined with other information provided by your Internet Service Provider (ISP), your IP address can be used to identify the computer originating a message. Enza may use IP addresses to identify a user to enforce our Terms of Service or to protect our rights, property, Site, service, customers, or others.



Every communication we send you will contain a clearly worded “Opt-Out” or “Unsubscribe” link allowing you to withdraw your permission for future e-mails. Alternatively, you can send a blank e-mail to contact us at and type “Remove” in the subject field. This system is automated and must be contacted from the email address you wish to have removed. Permission changes will be honored as soon as possible after receipt. Please allow seven to ten business days for processing. Permission changes will not effect any information which you previously provided to us and which we previously shared with our business partners. 


Links to Third Party Sites

Our Site may include links to third party web sites such as other financial service providers’ sites.  These sites may ask you to provide your Personal Information. For example: If you take advantage of our Vault Services, you will be transferred from this Site to and you will be asked to provide certain Personal Information on that site which is governed by the third party website owner’s Privacy Policy.  These websites are not subject to Enza’s Privacy Policy and Enza has no control over the Personal Information collected on them. Therefore, we encourage you to carefully review the third party website Privacy Policy prior to providing any of your Personal Information on the third party website.

We may share your Personal Information with our affiliates as well as other companies that Enza becomes affiliated with or subsequently acquires.

Service Providers

Sometimes third party service providers are retained or utilized by Enza and may have access to our visitors’ Personal Information. For example, if we offer services or products for sale on the Site, we may contract with a third party who processes credit card payments and must receive Personal Information to perform its services.  Please be aware, while we takes step to protect third party use of Personal Information through confidentiality agreements and restrictions on access to and use of such information, there is no means for us to police the activities of third parties’ use of Personal Information disclosed to them.

Enza has no obligation to monitor the use of the Site. All Personal Information is restricted in our offices. Employees and contractors are granted access on a need-to-know basis. In addition, the servers on which we store Personal Information are kept in a secure environment. Our main servers are operated from a dedicated Internet hosting facility with industry standard security features.

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Therefore, while we follow accepted industry standards and implement reasonable security practices to protect Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
